The unit is a key unit in the beer yeast propagation process. It will infl uence the requirement for the cultivation of highly active yeast in beer.
The unit has two kinds of process control modes – semiautomatic mode and automatic mode. The sterilization of wort, propagation and aeration of yeast, temperature automatic control and transfer at all stages can be realized.
