麦汁充氧加酵母机组为啤酒麦汁充氧工艺过程中的关键环节设备机组。影响着麦汁中的准确容氧量及酵母添加量;从而影响啤酒的起发酵速度“整齐度”及“口感的一致性”。
本机组为发明专利,其精度及可靠性达到前所未有的高度;酵母添加采用在线“计数法”,空气添加采用“质量法”,为麦汁充氧和酵母的准确添加提供了可靠的前提条件,数学模型法开环控制原理的应用,为准确添加提供了可靠依据,避免了闭环控制中反馈调节滞后的现象,从而保证了产品质量及均一性。

The wort yeast oxygen adding unit is a key unit in the wort oxygen adding process. It will influence the accurate dissolved oxygen content and yeast adding volume in the wort, and also will infl uence fermenting speed and consistency of taste of beer.
