This is a key chain in the beer production flow. It is composed of kieselguhr filter, PVPP filter, silica gel adding tank, membrane filter and other technological equipment. The design and layout of this unit and the pipeline connections shall realize wherever possible smooth process, in-place CIP cleaning, in-place deoxygenated water displacement and no dead corner. With respect to the process of filter medium, it is required that mixed with deoxygonated water and the displacement and protection of CO2 should be adopted; the circulation loop should be smooth; the equipment in the whole unit should have reasonable layout, beautiful appearance and convenient operation, and the technological requirements for oxygen isolating and sanitation should be met.
